Is Wolftever safe for launching at this level ?

Usually, but if you have a long trailer you should back down VERY slowly and just watch for trailer to begin dropping off the edge. It does have a steep dropoff at the end so if you drop it all the way off, it can be a bad problem. When lake gets as low as it is now, you need to be careful on any ramp.

Wouldn't the ramp at Harrison Bay Park be a better choice?
Yes and launch from the far right side,(long gas dock side) and hug that dock all the way past the gas pumps.

HB has a rock pile on each corner of the ramp. Stay in the middle third of the ramp. Be careful!
