From TVA when asked why the ramp is gated and closed..........
"Thank you for your inquiry. This area was reopened but we have had significant vandalism at the site which has caused the closure.
We do not have a reopening date at this time. Please feel free to check back with us at a later time."
Someone needs to get an ass-whooping. I know many years ago there was a rash of incidents and vehicles stolen (mine was vandalized). Unless things have changed, the Sheriffs Dept could care less.
