Ive fishing the banks below the dam pretty good last couple of months tho usually at around noon for an hour but recently fishing has REALLY slowed up no matter what i throw. would moving back into the mouths of creeks like on the opposite side of the river where the North Chick Creek comes in be better? from the bank what are some better options right now?
thanks in advance and good fishing to all!

If you are fishing from the bank there are quite a few good walk in spots between GPS and Coolidge Park around the bridges on that side of the river. small jigs, tubes, and creature baits work well but you will break off a few getting hung up. Small spinnerbaits and swimbaits are good parallel to the rip rap too. and also walk topwater early and late near the rocks. should catch spots and smallmouth.

Great post FirstLight - will try some of those options.. i fished for an hour or so up in North Chick Creek off of N. access rd and picked up a 9 inch crappie on a little cleo. water was WAAY down tho. maybe with this weekends rain in will increase the bite a little! Thanks again!!
