I'm new to boating and I've recently purchased a 1998 Triton TR21 with oil pump removed. What is the ratio to mix oil straight to tank? Thanks for help.

Could depend on what engine you're running, but 50:1 applies to most. ? A little more information might get you a more accurate answer. Obtaining a recommendation from someone that services your brand of engine would be wise, IMO. Good luck with your rig.

Generally 1 pint of oil per 6 gal gas. Since you’re new you should know to buy only 100% gas. Use the oil brand recommended for your brand of engine.

50:1 and some will recommend less. I prefer extra and deal with the smoke possibly fouled plugs (rarely happens). I know some who run their engines lean for more speed, don't do it. Cheaper to keep extra plugs available than engine rebuild.
