Condition of Wolftever creek

Anybody know the water conditions/debris around the bridge at Wolftever? Thinking about launching my boat and fish for crappie for a few hours.

Was by there this am and it is very muddy. Didn’t see a lot of floating debris though

It was too muddy for my liking around the bridge Saturday but seagulls were everywhere. I did find cleaner water as close as the sloughs around HBSP.

I took my Kayak too Wolftever bridge yesterday afternoon and fished around the bridge and the far left bank.. like was said earlier, water was muddy, no bites in 2.5 hrs. also was very windy and current through the bridge was strong so was hard to get anything close to the bottom. SOOOO, what kind of work are they doing at the bridge??? I noticed that they have dumped a lot more RIP RAP on the each side of the bridge and it looks like they are building something underneath the sides of the bridge??? does anyone have any ideas?? thanks in advance!!
