My trolling motor was working fine on 24 volts. I switched to 12v for a bit and went back to 24v. And nothing. 12v works fine still. But 24v has nothing.

Any ideas. Please respond with good news.

Oh I think it is a 1996. That is the year of the boat.

Check the 50 amp breaker at the TM batteries to see if it tripped or it could be the switch.
Check for a loose connection under the foot pedal.

This has been fixed. Thankfully it was just a connection that worked loose.
