Will the jack plate bolt up to the hull using the existing holes already there?

It should I was thinking all or most outboard had a standard hole patterns.

It should fit the holes in you transom. Be sure to remove the old silicon from the bolt holes and reseal it. Grade 8 stainless steel bolts also.
