Johnson repair man needed

Ok everyone, I am fed up with this motor... I need to have someone that can rebuild the carbs( i think ) and just give the boat a good going over. The boat use to run great but wouldn't idle without flooding out. Of it was wide open, I didn't have any issues, until a friend said he could clean the carbs, now it won't hardly even start. I hope to soon upgrade boat motor and all, but until I do , I need this thing to run and idle and all normal operation.... Please help!!! Ps, my bank account is not ready for this.
