What kind of gas mileages are you guys getting and on what model and hp engine?

I am not sure anyone will be able to answer that. My ETEC 150 is all over the place. Depends on so many factors... plus I don't have any idea how many miles I travel... no odometer. The boat test web site has some technical data with hull and motor combinations and how much fuel is burned at various speeds. That's about as good as you will find I am sure.

The past two years I ran a Yamaha SHO and I thought it was really good, then I bought Mercury pro xs this year and it blows it away! That's just what I've experienced though both were 250s! I've heard the new G2 is excellent as well but I can't speak for that I've never been in one!

The best I've seen on a new 175 Mercury proxs is 11.0 gph at 50mph. That's on a very light 2000 lb (likely total boat weight) boat running 23 pitch prop.

I'm running a 225 Yamaha ox66, and it gets really great mileage if I don't crank it up and the wind is blowing in the right direction...lol
When cranked I gauge it more gpm than mpg.
