Truck and trailer tires

I got a nail in a tire on my truck the other day and it needs to be replaced. There is about 37,000 miles on this set. I think Im going to buy a whole new set instead of replacing the one. Im also looking at replacing my 3 tires for my trailer because its also about that time. Any suggestions on a good place to inquire about tires. I "need" BFGoodrich A/T KO2 (LT275/70R18) and Khumo 857 (ST205/75R14). I would also need to get a level kit installed on my truck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I live in Chattanooga but will travel a little for a deal. Thanks in advance guys

A buddy of mine has a shop and i had no idea he did tires. Haha. He hooked me up and got me them at cost and hes also doing the level kit. They are also relacing my windshield which had a crack going across half of it. My truck should be ready this afternoon. Super excited to see the level kit with 33's. Thanks for the suggestions guys.
