Do people throw shakey heads in the winter? I throw them in the spring and summer alot but I've never threw them this time of year.

I catch fish year around on shaky head. In the winter I fish smaller baits and work it slower.

They work year-round on the Chick. A smaller profile with subtle action will get you more bites when the water is cold.

Anytime and anywhere. Sometimes different weights and colors but green pumpkin anytime is a good starter.

I pretty much keep a shakey head rigged up year around. Not that catch any fish... I just have it rigged up... LOL.

Actually... I have caught more fish on that than anything else I use. I like the shakey head because I can quickly switch from a worm to a creature with the same jig head... Caught a lot of fish with just that one simple change.

You can always catch a fish on a shakey head, but as my other post states, I am trying to find a jighead that has a better hookup
