90% of them are illegal. Twra is to busy checking boat registrations to stop something that actually hurts the lake. The problem I have with the nets is that they are never marked with anything other than a floating piece of styrofoam or bottle.

How do you know what percentage of those nets are illegal? And the reason they don't mark their nets and lines well is it makes it harder for the folk like Mr. Harvick to find them and cut them. If you're gonna cut their lines and nets you might as well go to the boat ramp, cut the tires and smash the windshield on their truck. If your gonna interfere with someone making a living, do it right. Sure, some of them do things illegal. But every day you can see truck drivers speeding and hopped up on pills flying down the interstate. Why don't you sneak into the truckstop at night and put sugar in their fuel tank? Same principle. Just remember, if you cut someone's line or net it is YOU who are doing something illegal and may go to jail.
</p>Javelin33 - 11/27/2014 9:32 PM Never said I cut there nets. I said I've never ever seen one that's marked correctly, which is the part that's illegal. It also makes me mad having to cut a net out of my prop or trolling motor.
