Looking to fill out the boat for a trip Oct 24,25,26. (fishing the 25th)

We are needing a couple guys that can go, all told it should run about $575 per person, food, lodging, boat, tips, etc. (broken between 6 people)

Its with Fish Commander out of Grand Isle, LA. http://fishcommander.com/

The boat goes anywhere from 10 miles, to 100 miles out, so if you get seasick or cant stand to fish for 10-12 hours, please don't consider this trip.

They fish oil rigs and behind trawlers mainly.
Species: yellowfin tuna, blackfin tuna, wahoo, multiple snapper species, cobia, marlin, mahi mahi, amberjack, shark and more.

Please shoot me a PM if interested.

Its a blast. I was introduced to Tuna out of Venice, LA. This Fenruary. Best meat I ever stuck in the freezer!

You are fishing with Lance Walker, an old buddy of mine. One of the best down there. I would recommend trying to be flexible with your dates because that time of the year is incredible for fishing but the weather is very iffy. Usually you get 4 days of it blowing and then a 3 day window between fronts... And then sometimes it just blows for weeks at a time. If you can get offshore you will most likely whack em!

Spur, you are right Lance has his 100 Ton restricted but the boat isn't registered with the Coast Guard to carry more than 6 passengers. 6 fishes comfortably, you don't want more than 6 because you will have Lance and a deckhand and 6 customers.

If the weather cooperates it will be a trip of a lifetime. Lance is one of the best down there. I will be down in Venice the week before. You will most likely be fishing the shrimp boats and guys this is a bucket list trip. You hand feed these monster Yellowfin right at the boat and they rip the line out of your hand (You watch them eat). Its absolutely unbelievable!

We just got back from Destin and we checked out the fishing rodeo and some nice Blackfin Tuna were being caught in the low to mid 20# range. Sure does make you want to sign up for a trip. I would really like to go on one but can't make this year, but please let me know if you plan another in a year or two.
