Fishing in Cozumel

Possibly going on a cruise around first of April. One of the stops is in Cozumel. Wondering about trying to fish while we're there. Looking online and there's plenty of info. Anybody on here fished down there before? Any recommendations? Can you get the fish shipped back? Can you sell the fish when you come back in and recover some expense?

Look for American or English owned charters. You can get Mexican guys for cheap, but you get what you pay for. And the Mexican guys don't care about rules, laws, or safety. Shipping fish back would be very expensive. We usually left fish as a tip. I fished up the coast in Cancun. Many moons ago.

The vast majority are strictly catch and release since you cant get the fish back with you. I tried both times I cruised..LOL
