(66.18.47.194) | We will need new members on our hunting lease in Rhea County this year and here is some info: 4890 acres,$500 per member,$250 per hunting spouse,$50 per hunting child, limit of 60 members, and camping area. We actually have over 6500 acres, but we only have to pay for the pines. Harvest rules are TWRA regulations. Anyone interested can pm me and I will give you the contact information of our club secretary and he can handle the rest. |

(174.252.152.156) | This property is loaded with deer and has plenty of turkeys too. It also has over thirty miles of roadways and fire breaks. Several hardwood gulfs and alot of hardwood draws. All the secondary roads are gated. Its a huge piece property. |

(97.73.64.147) | Here is more info on this lease:
As with many other leases we will have some members that, for one reason or another, will not get back on the lease this year.
Here is the Info on our Lease. Give me a call if you have any questions.
This lease is located in Rhea Co. off Shutin Gap Road. There is appx. 4800 acres and we currently have 53 adult members.
We have a camping area, with room for appx. 16 campers, that is usually occupied from the first of Nov. thru the first of Jan. There is a fee for the camp that is separate from the lease fee. There is also a state operated campground located adjacent to the lease.
Our guidelines are:
• All members must practice safe firearms handling.
• All members must obey all hunting laws (violating these laws could result in expulsion from the club with no refund of dues.).
• No trash is to be left in the field.
• All members should check in at camp throughout hunting season (Phone calls are OK).
• All kills must be reported to the club.
• Members are encouraged to keep truck traffic to a minimum in the hunting areas.
• Members are encouraged to only run generators when the cook tent generator is running or the camp is vacant.
• No alcohol use permitted in the field. No alcohol use in camp before sunset.
Some of these guidelines are for members that camp at our campsite.
Currently we are following state rules on harvesting.
Currently the cost is $500 per year for an adult member. Their spouse can hunt for $250. Children between 10 and 17(Still in High School) $50 and children under 10 hunt free. I do not think the rates will change for the 2012 season.
You can use the land year round. There are miles of 4 wheeler trails and the campsite is always available.
There are several water sources on or adjacent to this property. There are areas of hardwood, clear-cuts, pine thickets, and some open areas. We have been averaging over 50 deer a year for the past 5 years.
Not many of our current members Turkey hunt but there seems to be a good population of them on this lease.
The cut off for adult members is 60 for this year.
You can send me a PM or call me at 423 506-2432 for more info.
